Guests can expect a series of sumptuous dishes including Dill Infused Smoked Salmon Gravadlax, Roast Rib of Scotch Beef and fluffy Profiteroles Filled with Chantilly Cream and Enrobed in Chocolate Sauce.  All of our Sunday roast dishes are served with seasonal vegetables – and almost as good as mum used to make!

You are invited to Citation’s first Wedding event of 2023. On Sunday 29th of January, we will be hosting our first wedding fayre of the year, between 12pm & 4pm and would love if you were able to make it.

This event will be a great opportunity for a walk round of the venue, to meet our wedding team and to meet some of the wonderful suppliers that we work with closely on a wedding day at Citation.
