Claire and the Citation team helped seamlessly plan an amazing event in record time amidst many changes and complexities that were presented and were professional, flexible and helpful at every step. Our event was incredibly high profile and demanded alot of specific tech and brand requirements but Claire always found us the right person to deliver on every ask. On the night of the event, despite many changes, the team executed on every level and delivered a beautiful event and we are thankful for working with such a great team. Great food, atmosphere, service and location - all around winner! 

I wanted to say a massive thank Claire to you and the team for helping me plan, organise and run our works night out in Feb. The feedback I have had from my staff has been nothing short of amazing, with compliments to the bar staff for being friendly, helpful and very quick when serving at the bar. The Venue was beautiful on the night and we couldn't have asked for anything more.

I would like to personally thank Claire for always being available prior to the event helping to ensure the event was a massive success and on the night the bar managers both were excellent, always on hand if I had any queries. We contacted Citation to host a large scale corporate event within a private venue.  The service we received was second to none with all aspects of our event handled professionally throughout from the moment we first made contact.  The events we have held at the Citation have been fantastically well catered for with friendly and accommodating staff within a wonderful venue.  Our guests have all appreciated the great service and attention to detail.  We will be sure to be back.

Citation hosted an incredible social night for our conference attendees. Prior to the event Sophie and Claire thought of every detail that would enable the event to run smoothly. In the days leading up to the event and on the night the team went above and beyond to accommodate our last minute changes and needs. On the night the manager, bar staff and bouncers handled everything for us so all the organizers and the guests could relax even though we had a full-house of almost 600 people. So many people came up to me on the night to compliment how great the venue was, so beautiful and with spaces to accommodate them no matter if they felt like a deep conversation in a quiet corner or jumping up and down on the dance floor! We really couldn't have been happier!

Communication was always prompt, you took our ideas and put them into place.Citation was the ideal venue, it was elegantly decorated creating a warm atmosphere. The vast space is split over two floors allowing guests to move around, socialise and dance.

The dancefloor was great entertainment for our live band.

We were able to host approx. 160 guests, and couldn’t have done a better job without the help of the team at Citation that night, they went above and beyond to ensure our guests were kept happy and everything was running smoothly.

The team were extremely friendly and easy to approach, particularly Gloria - she was a star!

We recently booked Citation for two events – one a work party and the other an industry event. The Citation team were great to work with and were very accommodating with our specific requests. The staff on the night were lovely – the perfect mix of friendly and professional.

Many of our guests commented on how nice the space was and the canapes were top notch!

Zoe and the team at Citation were brilliant, from organising the event through to the day itself they couldn’t do enough for us. The venue itself is gorgeous and was the perfect setting for our team building day.

What a fantastic venue for a team offsite. Impressive exterior, creative interior and super helpful staff on hand to help with any technical and catering needs. The food was great, the layout and setup was perfect and the bonus of having the whole place to ourselves gave us enough space to move around the different areas which greatly reduced meeting fatigue.
